Success at the Lake!

Believe it or not, it was a successful weekend at the lake. The trio did a wonderful job with wearing life jackets, playing and riding in the boat.

















Overall, they get the grade of an "A" and will be coming back in three weeks!

Mother's Day Zoo Trip

Country Boy

This boy loves his four wheeler and his green tractor. He will ride, ride and ride. Last night the weather was perfect and I sat outside watching him ride.


I'm not sure why, but he went for a little joy ride out to the pasture. You can see a green speck under the weeping willow. Hope he enjoyed his little ride!

Soccer Boy

Little man had soccer practice tonight. I thought it was a game night. Anyhoo, I had my camera handy and the weather was perfect!

 

 

 Adalyn  and Amelia was bored....

 Little man stood perfectly still and smiled his pretty smile for a picture.

He got a picture with Coach Daddy too!

 

We will head to the soccer fields on Thursday if the weather is good!

16 months old!

I'm a day late on my post, but we have been busy around here.



Adalyn and Amelia have been sick the last two weeks and when they are not sick they are 100% wild.

1. Adalyn weighs in the upper 18 pounds and Amelia around 17.5 pounds. To me it looks like Adalyn has grown even taller than Amelia!
2. They are wearing size 3 diaper still and 12 month clothing. Pajamas are 18 month as well as some shirts. If a piece of clothing can work for summer and fall we are going with 18 months.
3. The babies still drink a bottle in the morning, one midday and one before bed. They are starting to slowly quit their before bed bottle.
4. They both a wild little women. They love to climb, explore, play, fight, run and get into trouble!
5. Both are doing a great job with eating and will try almost anything. Adalyn isn't a huge fan of apples and Amelia still eats much less than her sister!
6. They are getting more teeth. I think they have 4 or 5 each. Finally.
7. Last month Amelia was the swimmer and loved the tub. This month it is Adalyn who doesn't want to get out. Even when the water is all gone!
8. They still love bed time! Adalyn slept until 8:30 the other morning, but usually like clockwork they are up at 6:50! I am looking forward to a weekend of sleeping in very soon!
9.They are beginning to talk a lot more! They both try to repeat a lot of what we say. Amelia is very vocal, but Adalyn is coming around with her words too.
10. We just love these two to pieces and big brother is loving his role. He totes them around, fights with them and does what brothers do!
